Description Of Duties:
- Assist with the preparation, setup, and completion of construction projects.
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely.
- Work alongside team members to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site.
- Load and unload materials and tools at job sites.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized worksite
- Any and all other tasks as assigned
Skills And Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects (typically up to 50 pounds)
- Comfortable working at heights, in trenches, or in confined spaces, when necessary
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
