Description Of Duties:
- Responsible for supervising a team of painters and laborers

- Coordinate all painting operations, from surface preparation to final coating, in accordance with project timelines and client specifications.
Skills And Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a painter.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Extensive knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and painting techniques.
- Familiarity with painting tools, such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, and scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols.
