Graham Construction was founded in 2008 by Richard Graham who was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. GCS is a locally owned, small family business serving the Fairbanks and surrounding areas.

Richard is the dedicated owner of this expanding small business. Born and raised in Fairbanks, he began painting homes and businesses in Fairbanks at the age of 15. Richard strives to continue to offer more and more high quality construction services to his clients. He takes pride in providing a living for his core employees and teams of sub-contractors.
