Richard Graham, founder and owner of Graham Construction Services, is a Fairbanks-grown local with over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction and painting industry. His passion for the trade began at just 15 years old, when he started painting homes and businesses alongside family members who shared the same dedication to quality workmanship.
Richard officially launched Graham Construction Services in 2008, expanding the company from general contracting into a full-service painting and remodeling business. Under his leadership, GCS has grown steadily, offering an ever-expanding range of services to meet the needs of both residential and commercial clients. Richard takes pride not only in delivering excellent results for customers, but also in providing steady, meaningful work for his team of skilled employees and subcontractors.
