The exterior siding was in need of being refreshed due to sun damage and natural aging.
We painted the exterior siding, the soffits, the facia, the trim & the garage doors.

Exterior paint of a multi-plex for Kyndall P.
DATE: May-June 2025
LOCATION: Amherst, Chena Pump
The customer wanted to refresh the exterior of this rental. The cedar siding was aged.
We painted the Cedar siding, the body of the house, the facia, soffits, trim & doors, and we rebuilt the front deck. The owner chose a bold refreshing “poinsetta” color on this home for dynamic curb appeal.

LOCATION: Becker Ridge
Siding replacement, new exterior paint, soffits, fascia & trim. The client chose a lovely lavender blue to brighten the look of the whole house, and match the big, open style of the large front windows.
